How normal are your periods?… Did you know the normal about of blood expected for a whole menses is 80 ml fluid. So how much is 80ml visually? Well it turns out to be about half a glass of a small glass of wine or just about 3 ounces! Many women go on for long periods of time not knowing that they have abnormal uterine bleeding. This is especially the case in women between ages 40-55.
