What is Labiaplasty?

Labiaplasty refers to a procedure that reduces and reshapes the labia minora. It is the most commonly performed vaginal cosmetic surgery. Women seek to get this procedures for variety of reasons such as cosmetic or pain, itching, and twisting and tugging during intercourse or biking and ultimately interfering with their daily activities.

What does a labiaplasty do?

The goal of the procedure is to reduce the size of labia minora so they don’t hang beyond labia majora or the outer layer. This procedure may also be performed to reduce asymmetry, or shortening the length.
