Biography

Gabrielle’s parents are from Winnipeg, and she grew up in Indiana. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies, from Indiana University in 2023, before completing her Master of Physician Assistant Science at the University of Evansville in 2026. She originally considered medical school before discovering the PA path, drawn to its emphasis on direct patient relationships. Her interest in science took root early. Her father is a chemist, her mother is active in volunteer work through their church, and she grew up surrounded by science at home.

During her clinical training, Gabrielle completed a women’s health rotation at Hendricks-Westside Physicians for Women in Avon, Indiana, where she managed well-woman exams and gynecologic visits, and counseled patients on menopause hormone therapy, contraception, and osteoporosis prevention. That rotation, along with a family medicine rotation at Johnson Memorial Hospital, solidified her interest in both women’s health and the continuity of care family medicine offers.

Outside of work, Gabrielle loves reading, cooking new cuisines, going on walks, and hopes to get back into ice skating.
