Biography

Dr. Fawzia Haque is a board-certified family medicine physician with extensive experience caring for patients across a wide range of primary care needs. She earned her medical degree from Sir Salimullah Medical College in 1992 before completing a family medicine internship at Louisiana State University in Shreveport/Monroe and a family medicine residency at North Central Texas Medical Foundation.

Before joining Anna Health, Dr. Haque practiced in Pennsylvania with Broad Top Area Medical Center, where she provided family and primary care through its Pediatric & Family Health Care program. Her background includes comprehensive care for individuals and families, with experience spanning preventive care, routine health needs, and ongoing management of chronic conditions.

Dr. Haque is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and holds an active Virginia medical license. She also speaks Bengali and Hindi, helping her communicate with and care for patients from a variety of backgrounds.
