Samantha Stern, PA-C is a native of Baltimore, Maryland but found herself traveling down south for both undergraduate and graduate schools. She attended Tulane University where she graduated with honors and then went on to PA school at Wake Forest School of Medicine. It was in PA school that Samantha realized her passion for women’s health. After obtaining her PA certification, Samantha moved to New York City and worked at NYU Langone Medical Center practicing inpatient obstetrics and pediatrics. At NYU, Samantha cared for high-risk pregnancies, women in labor, postpartum women, as well as newborns in the hospital. Samantha returned to the Northern Virginia area to be closer to family.

Samantha practices a full range of obstetric and gynecology care with special interests in preventive care, cervical cancer screening, birth control consultation and prenatal care. Samantha believes in empowering women through their healthcare and encourages them to be shared decision makers.

When she is not working, Samantha enjoys hiking with her dog, reading, and spending time with family. Samantha is excited to be joining Annandale Ob-Gyn and is accepting new patients at all locations.
