Biography

Dr. Anna Le, MD, FACOG, is a highly experienced gynecologic surgeon and the founder of Annandale Ob-Gyn & Fertility and primary care. She earned her MD from George Washington University in 1998 and completed her residency at Howard University in 2003. Her practice focuses on advanced, uterus-preserving, minimally invasive care.

Her surgical focus includes laparoscopic and vaginal approaches to treat endometriosis, uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, pelvic organ prolapse, and complex pelvic reconstruction. She is a high-volume surgeon who emphasizes precision, safety, rapid recovery, and fertility-friendly options whenever possible. Dr. Le serves as a surgeon-sonologist, integrating pelvic ultrasound into preoperative planning, intraoperative guidance, and postoperative assessment.

She emphasizes prevention, early detection, and proactive care to maintain health, optimize quality of life, and minimize morbidity. In-office procedures and imaging are coordinated with surgical planning to maximize safety and efficiency.

Her practice encompasses comprehensive women’s health, including preventive care, menopausal and sexual health, and dermato-gynecology.
