Nidhi Reva, MPH, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant, educator, and health and wellness entrepreneur with more than two decades of clinical experience in women’s health, integrative medicine, and patient education. Her career has been shaped by a commitment to supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most vulnerable and transitional moments, from adolescence through pregnancy and postpartum to menopause. She is particularly passionate about making health information more accessible and actionable, helping patients align medical care with their real lives through small, sustainable changes that support long-term wellbeing.
Nidhi is the founder and managing director of Nested LLC, an education company established in 2017 to provide childbirth education, newborn and infant care classes, CPR certification, and practical health education for families in the Washington, DC metro area. Nested was voted The Best Childbirth Education and Parenting Classes in the DC Area by DC Area Moms. https://dcmoms.com/pregnancy-postpartum/the-best-childbirth-education-and-parenting-classes-in-the-dc-area/. Through Nested, she emphasizes equipping families with knowledge and skills that foster confidence, safety, and agency during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. She believes that when information is broken down in clear, approachable ways, individuals are better able to advocate for their own health and make informed decisions that fit into their daily lives. She is also an American Red Cross Certified Instructor.
In addition to her work in the US, Nidhi leads annual medical mission trips to Ecuador through Project Nido (Project Nest), where she collaborates with local clinicians to provide gynecologic care, cervical cancer screening, health education, and preventive services to underserved communities. Project Nido works with Partner’s of Andean Community Health (PACH) to improve access to women’s health services while supporting sustainable, community-based care. in Chimborazo Province, Ecuador. Through Nested and Project Nido, she also works with families and parents to support the creation of safe, healthy home environments, guided by the belief that the “best home” looks different for every family and community. As part of this work, Nidhi runs leadership and service programs that introduce young adults to community health initiatives early on, with the goal of fostering a lifelong commitment to service and advocacy.
Nidhi has served as an adjunct professor in physician assistant education and has held leadership and clinical roles in integrative and neurological care settings. Her clinical interests include women’s health, chronic illness, neuroinflammation, post-viral conditions, and patient education, and she is currently pursuing additional training in functional medicine. Across her clinical, educational, and global health work, she centers empathy, presence, and patient empowerment as foundational to meaningful care, encouraging patients to be active advocates for their own health throughout every stage of life. She was recently published in Women’s World. https://www.womansworld.com/contributors/nidhi-reva-humane-medicine-newborn-care
Outside of clinical and educational work, Nidhi enjoys painting with acrylics and dancing. She values time with her two daughters and her dog, Bean, and brings the same creativity and compassion from her personal life into her work with patients, families, and communities.
