Biography

Lumiere Bakatubala is a certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with a genuine passion for providing compassionate, individualized care to women across all stages of life. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati and brings hands-on experience from several years as a registered nurse at Inova Fairfax OB/GYN, where she developed a strong foundation in obstetric and gynecologic care.

Lumiere is dedicated to creating a welcoming, supportive environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions and taking an active role in their health. Her clinical focus includes well-woman care, family planning, and gynecologic health management, and she is committed to delivering high-quality care rooted in both clinical excellence and genuine human connection.

Lumiere is fluent in English and French. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.
