Comfort Avovabey is a Certified Nurse Midwife with extensive experience caring for women throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period. She earned her Post-Master’s Certificate in Nurse Midwifery from Shenandoah University and holds a Master of Science in Nursing Education from George Mason University.
As a Laborist Midwife with Anna Health, Comfort is committed to providing safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care. She believes every woman deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported during her healthcare journey. Her approach emphasizes patient education, shared decision-making, and individualized care tailored to each family’s needs and preferences.
Comfort is passionate about empowering women and supporting positive birth experiences while helping patients feel confident and informed about their care. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, learning about different cultures, and supporting initiatives that promote women’s health and community well-being.
